GREEN THE GOLF COURSE.
Henk Hazenoot and Marco Kempen, the initiators of GreenTees, are enthusiastic golfers. They became increasingly annoyed by the many plastic tees on the golf course. Golf courses are located all over the world in the most beautiful natural areas, where plastic poses a threat to the environment. It is not without reason that interest groups, including the NGF, have expressed the wish to stop using plastic tees.
TESTED AND APPROVED.
This stimulated the enterprising golfers to look for the ideal green tee. It turned out that a fully compostable product did not yet exist. As avid golfers they set to work energetically. After testing, testing and testing and 35 different golf tees further, they have developed the ideal sustainable tee: GreenTee. This development has been supported by HemCell and Vitrite. The product, made from fallen palm leaves and lactic acid, is ready to conquer the world. The golfers are convinced of the green success of the GreenTees.

Henk has been playing golf for over 30 years. Member of the Noordwijkse Golf Club. He is an independent entrepreneur in financial services and invests in companies that provide products for a more sustainable and greener world. Marco has been golfing for 25 years and is a member of the Rozenstein golf club in Wassenaar. He owns an SME administration office and invests in companies that provide products for a more sustainable and greener world. "The use of other tees poses an enormous health risk to animals.
